Never going back.

I used this shampoo and conditioner first at an airbnb I stayed at when I recently moved to Melbourne. After spending 4 years in London my hair was an ABSOLUTE shamble! Dry, brittle and dull from the hard water it had endured. I used the shampoo and conditioned at the airbnb and almost immediately started to feel a real difference. Now, almost 6 months on and after having purchased a set for myself, I can truly say I will never go back to any other shampoo or conditioner brand. My hair feels sooooo healthy and I love that I don't have to change packaging every time I run out! Good for the environment and good for my hair is an absolute win win.

I've never been so proud to watch my hair! This product is amazing, makes my hair feel healthy and great! The bottles are not only sustainable making you feel good about it but also are so gorgeous it makes the shower feel expensive! I'm never using too much as the product always gives a perfect amount needed!

Refund policy

Return of broken items should occur within seven days of receiving them. To report a broken item, please email the details of the damage and an image to info@grassrootsmovementaustralia.com and quote your invoice number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved for a return, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please wait 2-3 business days and then check your bank account as it can take a few days to appear! If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please email us at info@grassrootsmovementaustralia.com

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to discuss the options.
